HOW TO SAVE or SUBMIT
At the bottom of your surveys, you will see two buttons:
SAVE SHOP FOR LATER - this button saves shops in progress, keeping them in INCOMPLETE status so editors will not prematurely work on your shop (remember, you will NOT receive credit for a shop if it's permanently left in INCOMPLETE status).
COMPLETE AND SUBMIT SHOP - this button sends the shop to the editors. After clicking this button, you will have one last chance to immediately go back and edit your shop - after that, it will go into COMPLETE status, and you will only be able to view your shop (no more edits allowed).
ONCE YOU SUBMIT YOUR SURVEY INTO THE COMPLETED POSITION - You will need to check your e-mail AND shop log in the next day or so, to see if a survey was placed back into the INCOMPLETE status, so you can adjust the survey as instructed by the Audit department.
If you fail to adjust your survey as requested to allow for completion in a timely manner, the survey will be considered invalid & not payable.

Follow these steps.
1}. Click on the above button titled 'Email me MY PASSWORD'.
2}. On the next page you see, enter your e-mail address in the field provided, then hit the 'GO' button.
3}. Give it a few minutes {can be up to 1 hour}, check your e-mail to see if you have received an e-mail from the system.
{MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER}
3a}. If you have received the e-mail, it will advise you how to log in with your log-in info.
3b}. If you have NOT received the e-mail, then it is possible you created the profile using a different e-mail address, thus you should use that address to retrieve the needed e-mail info.
If you created a profile using an e-mail address that is no longer in use, you will need to log in using that old address & then update your profile.
If you created a profile using an e-mail address that is no longer in use, and you do not remember your password, then you will not receive the e-mail as explained above, thus you will need to contact your scheduler to seek assistance to log in.
Note-Schedulers are not allowed to give out passwords (this protects you as a shopper), so please do not email your scheduler asking for your password.
~~~~~~~~~ MSPA Certification # ~~~~~~~~~
If you do not have a MSPA certification #, {you WILL know if you do}, then you will not need to worry about this issue.
When one becomes certified with the MSPA, their computer system registers your email. So when you sign up on a SASSIE site that offers you the chance to show your certification system, it will ONLY allow that if you use the email address that MSPA shows for you. Otherwise, SASSIE comes back and says "Sorry; there is no registered user with that email address."

Q - Do I have to sign up / login for each mystery shopping provider separately ?
A - Unfortunately, you DO have to sign up for each company separately that uses the SASSIE system. All Mystery Shopping Companies have their own SASSIE shopper databases, . . . they DO NOT share their shopper databases. Just because you're registered at SASSIE, it does not mean you work for SASSIE, you actually work for the mystery shopping company that uses the SASSIE system.
Since you will need to create a profile for EACH Mystery Shopping Company that uses the SASSIE system, we STRONGLY suggest that you create a different password, for each MS Company you register with, and NEVER give your log on info to ANYONE!!!!!!!!

Compensation checks are released with a one month delay. For example, shops completed in October will be paid the end of November. If you do not receive your check by the 35th day, please email
AA@JMRidgway.com and we will advise you of the status.
