New Shopper Interface Explained
You will notice your Shop Log looks different. As with any changes, there are bound to be some issues, so if you see anything that doesn't look right or if you have questions, please email us. Our developers got a little over excited and released this exciting update early. The formatting on some pages is a little off. They are working around the clock to fix these issues. Here’s where you can find the basics:
Survey Form - Questions and notes (does not include the deadline, enquiry or instructions).
Guidelines - Everything critical to your survey- enquiry, deadline, timeframe etc.
Help link - System information, hints, tips, general instructions, payment information.
Click the “confirm link” once your survey’s been scheduled.
Read everything before you conduct your survey.
Contact us if you cannot meet your survey deadline.
Return your SBS form or Invoice ASAP (within 60 days or you forfeit payment).
If you are completing your survey on the first allowable day, enter the report after 3pm EST.
Our system will be offline at 12pm every 2nd and 3rd Sunday of the month, for up to 90 minutes. If you are filling in reports near that time, please save your work regularly as the system will drop out at 12pm.
