IMPORTANT ! Am I working for Sassieshop.com ? No, although this is a common misperception! You are working for Mystery Shop Providers who have chosen SASSIE as their software system. Sassieshop.com and SurfMerchants are the publishers of the SASSIE mystery shopping system software. We do not schedule shops or process payments to mystery shoppers (we only provide support for system-wide technical issues). Many Mystery Shop Providers use the SASSIE Mystery Shopping System (and their systems can look very much alike) so please take care to be logged into the correct Provider's system.

The button at the top of the page can be used for the following functions : SHOP LOG Allows you to access * All shops assigned to you * Location and Shop Information * Payment information * Reviewer comments on your submitted surveys * Your Shop Grades MY PROFILE * This link takes you to a secure area of the site to update your personal information (email address, phone number, etc ..) * You can permanently disable your account from here if you do not wish to receive further email shop postings * You may be brought to this page if your Mystery Shop Provider requires new information from you SCHEDULING * Allows you to view the status of shops you have applied for * From here you can withdraw an application for a shop you are no longer available for JOB BOARD * THIS FEATURE IS NOT USED BY ALL MYSTERY SHOP PROVIDERS * Allows you to search for available shops by country, state or zip code. * IMPORTANT : You must apply for these shops and get a notice of acceptance before doing any of these shops. HELP * Access the SASSIE Help System. * When this icon is greyed out, this button will take you to this general help page * When this icon is in full color, there is a detailed help page available * We are constantly adding to this system, so if a detailed help page isn't currently available, it may be in the future.

CLICK HERE to access more SHOPPER FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS TIP : Can't log in ? TIP : Can't find a shop that you were expecting to see in your shop log ? If you shop for multiple mystery shops on the SASSIE system, please verify that you are logging into the correct SASSIE system (you are currently in the HDE system - refer to the original email notification for the proper login address). TIP : LOOKING TO CHANGE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS ? Log into each of the mystery shopping systems that you work for, and click on the "Profile" icon at the top of the screen. From here you can change your email address, name, etc .... TIP : WANT TO DEACTIVATE (stop receiving email shop offers)/ REACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT ? Log into each mystery shopping system that you shop for and click the "Profile" icon at the top of your shop log page. At the bottom of the "Profile" page there are controls to de-activate your account. If you wish to re-activate your account at a later date, you will need to email the contact for that mystery shopping company. TIP : LINK IN EMAIL DOESN'T WORK ? Some email programs break up long internet addresses across two lines. In this case, clicking on the link will not bring you to the correct location. Solution : Copy the ENTIRE link and paste it into your browser to make the link work.
