Overview:
SPG is scheduling shops for a semi-annual review of Roadside Assistance Plans, and needs shoppers with ALLSTATE ROADSIDE coverage. YOU MUST HAVE ALLSTATE COVERAGE THROUGH ONE OF THE ENTITIES LISTED:
AARP Roadside Assistance by Allstate,
Consumer Cellular, (NEW!)
Allstate Motor Club,
Signature Auto/Motor Club,
BP Motor Club,
GASBUDDY Premium (NEW!)
Paragon Motor Club
Verizon Wireless Roadside Assistance.
(These Roadside plans are annual plans that you will have paid for or are bundled with a cellphone plan or other membership.)
No, coverage through your Allstate car insurance is NOT acceptable, it must be one of the stated above plans
You can do them anywhere even your driveway. Do not worry about the zip codes, as long as they are somewhat close.
For this shop we will ask you to call into your provider and ask for help for either a car that won’t start – or for lock out service (you locked your keys in your car.) During the shop you will keep track of how long you wait for assistance, the technology used, and the quality of the service provider who is sent to provide help. On average – this shop takes about an hour to complete. Not much narrative is required AND you can do this shop at home, work or anywhere in the area – it does not have to be completed in the zip code listed on the shop header. This shop can be completed any date up to and including the shop deadline and at a time of your convenience.
Payment for these shops takes about 14 days or less.
