We have added a NEW section to the shopper Independent Contractor Agreement. It is section P and addresses badging shoppers:
P. If I am issued a badge to conduct evaluations for any CSE airport program, I understand and acknowledge that the badge is owned by the airport, that I am responsible for abiding by the regulations associated with possession of an airport badge and that I am responsible for returning said badge immediately if so requested. Failure to do so will subject me to any penalties imposed by the airport for failure to surrender the badge. I also acknowledge that I will be held responsible for any fines or fees leveraged for failure to surrender and that CSE will withhold future payments from me until the amount owed by me is recouped. I further understand that my failure to honor the obligations set forth above may result in the termination of my independent contractor agreement and relationship with CSE.
Regarding shop pay: Please remember per our project guidelines, project fees will be dispersed within 60 days of shop submittal.
