This page gives quick access to the shops and overall scores

• Managers access to surveys can be restricted to almost any desired level:
  • Example: A Location Manager can be only given rights to see surveys for his/her location
  • Example: A Division Manager can be given rights to see surveys within his/her division, but only overall scores for other Divisions
  • Example: A Regional Manager can be given rights to see all surveys for the entire company
    
    
• These logs can be sorted by any parameter by clicking on the coumn title (Date, Score, etc ...)
  
  
• 2 Date menu types are available: Monthly Range selectors (shown below, more convenient)
        or Manual Selectors (more precise - exact date ranges can be selected)
  
  
• Dates can be shown by Date Shopped, Due Date, or Official reporting Date
     (e.g. a January Shop that didn;t get done until Feb 1st can be included in the January reports)
  
  
• A client can access any of their surveys easily
  (This client has three forms : 2002, a superstore survey and a survey of competitors)
  
  
• The following filters can be used to show the desired set of shops:
  • Date
  • Level (i.e. Show shops for a specific District, Region, etc ...)
  • Score (i.e. Show only shops with a score between 90-100%)
  • Status (i.e. Only show finalized shops, or sort in either direction)
    
    
• under the VIEW coumn are links for a printable PDF report or an emailable online report.
