| We felt that since the store was not that busy, a sales associate should have greeted us immediately upon entering the store. We also felt that we should not have had to ask a sales associate for assistance with the merchandise. It would have been nice if the sales associate introduced herself to us instead of us having to ask for her name. Also, sales associates should be paying more attention to providing good customer service and not focus so much on working with the merchandise. Sales associates should provide customers in the dressing room with assistance without the customer having to go back to the sales associate to ask for it. We would also suggest that the sales associate working at the cashwrap be more congenial with the customers. |

| A warm greeting could have made my experience better. Perhaps the staff behind the cash registers could be more attentive to the customers, especially during the point of sale. The cash register area seemed to be over staffed and the selling floor understaffed. The carpet needed to be cleaned throughout the entire store, and the stock on sale near the back of the store needed to be organized. |
