** VERY IMPORTANT: Your delivery location may need to be within a 3-mile radius of this location, but some locations will deliver farther out. You’ll simply need to determine this when you order.
** No Holiday Shops You may not do more than 1 shop per location within 90 days. (The 60 day restriction is not valid)
** Order one Calzone using the link provided on the guidelines for this location.
** You must get a photo of the calzone before you take a bite, and you also must get a photo of the receipt. Upload both to the survey.
** Assign yourself to the shop, read the guidelines, and review the survey. If after reviewing everything, you cannot do the shop, email only Frank at frank.k@jmridgway.com and he will remove you from the shop.
** We offer a $5.00 referral fee to anyone who tells friends and family about us, and they complete the shop. Email only Frank at frank.k@jmridgway.com and he will set you up with a survey to complete and submit for $5.00.
** If you have any questions, requests, etc. email only Frank at frank.k@jmridgway.com and do not email anyone else and do not send anything through the Sassie reporting portal. Your delivery location normally has to be within a 3-mile radius of this location, but some locations will deliver farther out. You will simply need to determine if delivery can be made where you are.
