** VISIT/CALL Apartment shop, no target, shop anyone who answers the phone. Make an appointment and visit the location.
** 1 shop per year per location
** This shop requires a recorded phone call followed by a physical visit that doesn’t need to be recorded. Calls and visits to be made Mon. thru Fri. only. The hours to conduct these shops will be listed on the survey in the upper left-hand side of the survey below the location address information area.
** Your property may be a 55 plus property. If you are under 55 years of age and see the words ‘55 plus’, next to the address, you may shop it, but you are to ask for availability for your dad, mom, uncle, aunt, grandparent, etc. that is older than 55. You are not looking for assisted living for them, you are just looking for independent senior living. If you are shopping a 55 plus property, you must state in your reporting that you are shopping for whoever that is 55 or older.
** If you see the words ‘Any age’, next to the address, you may be of any age 18 or older and shop for yourself. You do not need to state how old you are to the agent when shopping one of these properties.
** On all shops, ask for a move in date of about 60 days out.
** Assign yourself to the shop survey, read the guidelines and review the survey. If after reviewing everything, you cannot do the shop, email Frank at frank.k@jmridgway.com with the reason why you cannot do the shop, and you will be removed from it.
** JM Ridgway is always looking for shoppers and offers a $5 referral fee for anyone you refer to us that completes their 1st shops. If you know of anyone that would be interested in doing shops for us, have them sign up at www.jmridgway.com Once on the home page, click the ‘Shopper Resources’ link on the menu at the top of the page and follow the prompts at the bottom of each page to complete sign up process. For $5 referral fee, email only Frank at frank.k@jmridgway.com with your full name, the full name and email address of the person who completed their shop and we will set you up to receive your referral fee.
