Acculocity is now scheduling shops for Complete Care!
You will be reimbursed for your wellness consult visit as specified below PLUS you will receive a $150 shopper pay for successful completion of this shop!
Reimbursement is for one wellness consult visit, prices vary but client will reimburse whatever the cost if shopper pays out of pocket
You are either going for a general wellness check-up OR a sick visit. Your scheduler will specify which scenario you must carry out.
1. Wellness: you’re going in for a check-up consistent with the type of clinic you’re shopping (dental, women’s, general, etc).
2. Sick*: you will present fake symptoms consistent with the type of clinic you’re shopping (dental, women’s, general, etc).
*Do not present symptoms related to Covid-19 nor transparently fake symptoms such as a broken bone. Muscular pain, joint pain, nausea and stomach pain are all good options.
Requirements:
*Take a photo of the exterior of the clinic after the shop. (Required)
*Take a photo of your receipt
*Make an appointment well in advance of your planned visit date (except NJ003 Vineland RiteCare)
*You can pay with your healthcare provider or card/cash. You will be reimbursed fully for the medical expenses related to this visit.
Pay attention to:
*Names and descriptions of all personnel you interact with. (If they are not wearing a name tag, get a detailed description).
*Cleanliness & hygiene of the clinic
*Customer service provided at the reception desk
*Service provided by the health professional
*Post check-up information/appointment (remember to cancel your follow up appointment once you get home)
**Please note - Location ID NJ003 Women's Medical Professionals is for Females Only as it is a Women's Clinic.
YOU MUST MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT WITHIN 24 HOURS OF ASSIGNMENT. HOWEVER, THESE ARE AUGUST SHOPS, SO YOUR APPOINTMENT MUST BE SET FOR AUGUST 1 or LATER.
All shops are due within 12 hours of visiting the location or by MIDNIGHT on the due date, whichever occurs first.
