This is for an Outdoor Window Estimate and Washing Shop.
You will be calling the Franchise to come to your home to give you an estimate to clean the outside windows on your home and then you will schedule the cleaning.
Guidelines:
- Call and make an appointment for an estimate for outside window cleaning
- DO NOT say that someone else owns your house/condo or the Franchise will require to speak with them or request that person be home
- Enter the phone call information in the report along with your onsite visit date - Right after question #10
- SAVE the report
- The Due Date on the report will be updated to the date of your Date of Onsite Estimate:
- After the cleaning - upload the following:
- We MUST have pictures of the cleaning (without them seeing you take it)
- Please get as many photos that you can of the vehicle(s) that came to your home to do the cleaning
- Please get as many photos of the people cleaning your windows
- Please upload any promotional items they may have left
- We MUST have proof of payment
- We MUST have pictures of the cleaning (without them seeing you take it)
- Submit the survey online
