Seating Requirements
You MUST sit at the bar top on a bar stool.
No exceptions.
If staff asks you to move to a table, politely say you prefer to eat at the bar.
Visit Requirements
Time frame: Arrive between open and 1 hour before closing.
Party size: 12 people.
All guests must be 21 or older.
Gift cards are allowed
Coupons are not allowed.
Ordering Requirements
Minimum purchase for you:
o EITHER one appetizer OR one entrιe
o PLUS one drink that is not water
Alcohol is not required.
If you choose alcohol: maximum one alcoholic drink per person.
Guests may order anything; no required items for them.
Receipt Requirements
You must upload a copy of the receipt.
If paying at a kiosk:
o Check your email before leaving (including spam).
o If no emailed receipt arrives, ask for a paper copy.
No receipt = no reimbursement.
Payment & Gratuity
Reimbursement: up to $45 for a correctly completed shop.
Tip must be at least 15%.
Report Deadline
Report is due by 9:00 AM the day after your visit is completed.
Missing the deadline means the shop will be removed.
Other Notes
Check location hours before self-assigning.
Please choose your date and shop type carefully, since every location is shopped up to 10 times a month and rescheduling may be difficult.
Please give us your full attention and refrain from wearing earbuds or headphones during the evaluation.
If you are a current or former employee of Texas Roadhouse, DO NOT self-assign since you cannot complete this evaluation.
