This realty location has previously failed their audit inspection and was notified of the issues that needed to be corrected/de-branded! Please conduct your audit during normal business times. It is important to take pictures of all items required so that there is proof the branding issues have been removed/resolved. Pictures are to be taken during daylight hours. You are to take and attach photos as required on the guidelines and report. Attach each picture to this audit form and provide a thorough review by supplying accurate and detailed information! Repeat photos will not be accepted. This photo audit requires a minimum of 5 unique photos (see samples on report). I look forward to working with you!
