ADDRESS CHANGE
If you have a change of address, you must email me directly with the change and be sure to updated in your profile as well. I need to know so I can update the banking system, otherwise you will not receive your reimbursement check!

Things to remember.....
Please make sure to read the guidelines carefully - especially in regards to reimbursable items. The list of items are the reimbursable items, not the dollar amount. The dollar amount is simply a CAP - meaning you need to stay within that dollar amount with the items you order.
In addition, you must order DIFFERENT items. You will not be reimbursed if the same two items are ordered. We need to give feedback on as many items as possible on every shop, so please be sure to 'sample' the menu.
Get shop offers sent directly to your mobile phone! Shop Notifier (available for iPhone/iPad and Android) is a new mobile app that will alert you of shop offers faster and more reliably than email. And it's FREE!
