Dear Shopper,

*WhatsApp Job Offers and Report QC Communications*
ReAct Admin can now send single site/store job offers via WhatsApp, and you can simply respond and/or apply without logging into SASSIE.

Compulsory Steps:
1. Update your cellphone number in *My Profile* to international format (e.g., 0823334444 → +27823334444).
2. In your *Extended Shopper Profile (ESP)*, give consent to receive WhatsApp messages.
3. Ensure your *POPIA & Code of Ethics Agreement* is updated in ESP.
4. The ESP update request also appears in red in your Shopper Log. Select *Update* and complete the questions until your profile shows *Current (green)*.

*Banking Details & UIF*
>Update your banking details monthly in ESP.
>Notify us before claiming UIF so we can temporarily terminate you as a shopper.
>Do not perform any work while claiming UIF.
>Inform us when to reinstate you before resuming work.
