Good Hands - Pay for Service Mystery Shop.
Service Performance Group has several shops evaluating Roadside Assistance companies. For this shop - rather than call you will go to the WEBSITE and request assistance.
You will use one of two scenarios – you have locked your keys in your car OR, your car won’t start, and you think it is the battery. You will conduct these shops in a safe area (your office, mall parking lot, your house, friend’s house, etc. You will then evaluate the process of this service to also include the actual service provided by the garage/service driver in getting your problem resolved. They main purpose of this shop is to verify that promised times of arrival are being met. This is a confidential survey, so shoppers will be asked to sign a separate confidentiality agreement about disclosing the results of this assignment.
These shops can be done any time of the day, in the general geographic area of the assignment. (i.e. if the assignment location shows “Chicago – and a zip of 60005, you can do it in any Chicago, or most suburban zip codes.”
Because this type of roadside assistance program is fee based service, you will have to pay for the service when it is ordered by credit or debit card. . When you place the request for service you will generally be given a price. You are authorized to pay up to $115. it is generally around $95.00 but in any case a credit card receipt will be required by the client.
We will pay your fee and expenses within 10 days of the shop submission.
This is a time sensitive project – and we expect shoppers to commit to the deadline that they have been provided.
